Returns Policy.
DELIVERY of ORDER
Your order will be despatched as soon as possible, usually within 24 to 48 hours.
In any case expected delivery times will be notified by E-Mail
If in exceptional circumstances delivery is expected to be delayed longer than 30 days you will be informed of this delay as soon as possible at which point you have the right to cancel the order for a full refund.
PRICES and DELIVERY COSTS
Prices for each item are clearly marked with each product. Delivery prices are clearly shown on check out pages, Prices are directly related to item size or weight and offer value for money.
METHODS of PAYMENT
Payment for goods can be accepted with your credit/debit card via Paypal or alternatively using major credit/debit cards, Methods are clearly shown at check out, Ultra Safe Checkouts with 256-bit SSL protection.
RETURNS, REFUNDS and EXCHANGE POLICY
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund if, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from this website, or the goods are found to be faulty or damaged.
The item must be in its original new condition to be returned, unless the item is defective or damaged in post you must return the item within 14 days of delivery
Customers must take reasonable care of items returned ensuring that they are securely packaged for transit and clearly labelled. Please note that I cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in the post. It is also recommended that you obtain a certificate of posting. Returns are sent at the customers own expense. If goods are found to be faulty, any return costs will be refunded to you.
Once I have received and verified the returned item I will initiate a refund, replacement or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
In certain cases there may be a 10% restocking charge.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
RETURN EXCEPTIONS
Merchandise that has been damaged (except during delivery) will not be accepted for return or exchange.
We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
